We prove that smooth, finite-energy axisymmetric solutions of the three-dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes equations remain smooth for all time. The proof introduces a helicity-based decomposition that reduces the critical case to swirl, then eliminates blow-up through a 5D lifting of the swirl equation and a kinematic barrier argument. 63 results across 14 sections.

The arrow of time manifests in three apparently independent forms: thermodynamic (entropy increases), quantum-decoherent (decoherence is irreversible), and cosmological (expansion from low-entropy initial state). We show that all three are consequences of a single mechanism: the irreversible proliferation of quantum entanglement entropy across environmental degrees of freedom. We term this the Informational Arrow. We derive explicit alignment bounds, prove the essential content without dependence on the Eigenstate Thermalization Hypothesis, and validate predictions across 14 computational systems spanning quantum, classical, discrete, gravitational, and plasma regimes.

All simulations for the Informational Arrow paper were run in-house on consumer GPU hardware (NVIDIA RTX 4070). Fourteen independent systems across eight physical regimes, each validating the paper's entropy predictions from first principles. No cloud compute, no HPC cluster—reproducible on a single workstation.
